Seamus Cater is an English musician and composer resident in Amsterdam. His musical output spans improvised acoustic and electro acoustic music, jazz which is almost straight ahead, new song forms in electronica and countless works for modern dance. He plays the harmonica, lots of different kinds of harmonica, big, small, chromatic, diatonic, re-tuned, acoustic, amplified. He also plays the laptop as an instrument. In Hills Not Skyscrapers he plays both.

Currently - December '07 - developing new acoustic and ampllified / analogue works for harmonica and small groups.

Seamus is an organiser of the concert series DNK Amsterdam, he also makes pictures with cameras and this website is an attempt to show some of that stuff.
